Terms and Conditions

CONTRACT
  • Duly filled up and submitted online Exhibition Space Registration (F-01)/Conforme Agreement constitutes a contract and affirms the company/organizations's availment of the indicated Exhibition space and participation to the 29th Philippine Travel Mart subject to the booking, cancellation and payment conditions. Full payment will only determine the order of priority during the booth selection (date to be advised) in case of regular and retailer booth. For other booth type (super prime, prime, island pavilion and regular pavilion), where exhibitors can pre-select their preferred space, option for payment is 15 days after receipt of invoice.
  • Registration fees for Main Exhibitor/Co-Exhibitors is not included in the Exhibition Space fees.

CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION
  • A bulletin/circulars/updates issued before and during the fair proper shall be part of the rules and regulations pertaining to 29th Philippine Travel Mart.
  • PHILTOA reserves the right to carry out changes in the layout whenever it is deemed necessary for the success of 29th Philippine Travel Mart.
  • In any case of dispute in the interpretation of the herein mentioned conditions, PHILTOA's decision shall be final and binding.
  • Booth selection (except for pavilion, super prime and prime booths) will be based on date and time of payment: first paid, first choice of booth location (selection to be conducted during exhibitors' briefing).
  • No ingress will be permitted for unpaid booth/s pavilion.

WITHDRAWAL FROM PARTICIPATION
  • Cancellation before April 30, 2018 is subject to 25% penalty of gross value of exhibit space contracted.
  • No cancellations are allowed after April 30, 2018.
  • No refunds will be made if cancelled after April 30, 2018.
  • 10% discount will be given to PHILTOA members in good standing. (Not applicable to Registration Fee.)

  • PAYMENT
    • Participation fees must be paid in Cash or Check to PHILTOA Foundation Inc. on or before the deadline set.
    • Please fax or email back to the PHILTOA Secretariat your proof of payment (i.e deposit slip) together with this form.
    • For exhibitors with payment after July 31, 2018 their company profile will no longer be included in the souvenir directory.

    By clicking submit, we agree and certify that we have read, understood and accept the conditions mentioned in this contract for the 29th PHILIPPINE TRAVEL MART to be held on August 31 - September 2, 2018 at the SMX CONVENTION CENTER Halls 1-4, SM Mall of Asia.
