What an amazing experience it was! This October, PHILTOA members and travelers were treated to an unforgettable journey that brought together two of the Philippines’ most iconic festivals—Buglasan Festival in Dumaguete and Masskara Festival in Bacolod!

Participants immersed themselves in the vibrant culture, stunning colors, and electric atmosphere of both festivals, celebrating the heart and soul of Negros like never before.
